Polyether Polyol, commonly known as "polymer polyol" (POP), also known as white polyether polymer polyol, is a polymer-polyether dispersion, an organic filled polyether polyol, used to prepare soft and semi-rigid polyurethane foam products with high load or high modulus. Its appearance is generally white or light cream yellow, is based on general polyether polyol polyether (generally general soft foam polyether triol, highly active polyether), plus acrylonitrile, styrene, methyl methacrylate, vinyl acetate, vinyl chloride and other vinyl monomers and initiators, at about 100 degrees and nitrogen protection by free radical grafting polymerization. Polymer polyol is a kind of polyol containing organic fillers, which can replace inorganic fillers. It can not only make polyurethane foam have higher carrying capacity and good resilience, but also improve the foam cell structure and physical and mechanical properties. It is an important variety of polyol used in molding and bulk soft and semi-rigid polyurethane foam.
